What is EFT?
A simple self help technique that’s multi-purpose.
It’s leading-edge, and its results will amaze you.

you tap on key release points around your body while you focus on a specific personal difficulty.

This takes less than a minute to do, and you may repeat it until the difficulty is gone. Doing this can take dramatically take care of:

  • emotional problems, cravings
  • body issues
  • blocks to optimum performance

Does this sound hard to believe? The further you read into this website, the more you’ll realize that EFT gets results that are often astounding. So you could get them too.

Countless people have moved through a natural skepticism into demonstrating this for themselves. You can read some of their stories later on this page.

EFT is the fastest growing of the new group of Energy Psychology Therapies, developed in the 1990s. They are radically changing expectations in the healing field around the world.

Many health professionals, including doctors, add EFT to their skills.

Dr. Deepak Chopra, author of 50 books and named in Time Magazine as one of the top 100 heroes and icons of the 20th century, says, ‘EFT offers great healing benefits.’

‘What’s in my way?’

Imagine how it would be if you could answer ‘Nothing!’
If you could, you’d already know how to get everything you want, and you probably wouldn’t be looking for help.

Let’s investigate. Ask yourself:
‘What exactly is keeping me away from more fantastic joy – success – health – happiness – prosperity?’

Think about it. Write a list of your personal roadblocks ( ‘I’m not clever enough’, ‘I don’t get the breaks’, ‘I’m too young/old/tall/short’ etc.) These are limits you’ve somehow put on yourself.
You can learn to collapse each one, through EFT. Permanently.

Example 1

‘I spend too much time _______________’ (worrying, being anxious or fearful, procrastinating)

You probably don’t need to be stuck in destructive moods or thought patterns. It can be a matter of choice – learn to use EFT to banish the down times and uplift your spirits.
EFT is a painless exercise, it often works fast, and you can do it daily if you wish. That’s freedom.

(If ‘bad days’ persist, you could get some help from an EFT practitioner to uncover and neutralize deep-seated causes.)

Example 2

‘I never feel really well.’

While EFT does not claim to treat or heal disease, its relaxation capability can lessen or eliminate symptoms, physical pain, depressed energy – even the anxieties or ‘doom’ thinking that drag us down physically.
EFT has also improved mobility in some cases.

EFT can often shift symptoms without needing to look for an emotional link. Yet, over and over, it clearly demonstrates that emotional relief brings physical health.

So you can use EFT for your physical self-care. That’s rewarding.

Example 3

‘I can’t be happy unless I get ________________’ (a love partner, rich, that promotion, etc.)

List the reasons you haven’t yet got the above. (‘I haven’t got the promotion because I’m too scared to go for it.’)
Learn to use EFT to collapse each block or ‘reason’. It’s often unnecessary fear.

How long will this take? Well – you could think about how long you have spent building these blocks. A lifetime? Wait --
want the good news?
EFT is a fast-track method. Old problems can disappear as easily as new ones.

And who says you can’t be happy on the way to your goals? Learn how, with EFT.

When you’re clearing away your roadblocks, you’re actually shaping your own future. And that’s fun.

It’s a strange thing, but once you collapse some blocking ideas – plus the uncomfortable emotions they saddle you with – new constructive ideas tend to rush in spontaneously. That’s inspiration.

EFT can teach you how to change your mind for the better, quickly. Then the action is up to you. That’s power.

Example 4

‘I can’t seem to improve my __________________’ (business performance, sports performance, stage or presentation performance, etc.)

EFT methods can uncover why this is happening to you.
You can then use the technique to dissolve the blocking thoughts, emotions or other personal difficulties. Now you zoom ahead.

Enjoy your improvement! Keep it going!

‘How would EFT work for me?’

EFT founder Gary Craig sums up the basis of EFT this way:

‘The cause of all negative emotions is involved
with a disruption in the body’s energy system.’

The way to correct these disruptions is to do the fingertap procedure on key acupressure points while you focus on a specific problem.

EFT has one basic procedure it applies to all personal difficulties, in various ways. Whether your problem is an uncomfortable emotional state or a physical pain, or some ‘can’t do’ attitude -- balancing your energy system with this procedure often results in a difficulty vanishing.

Are you beginning to see how easy this can be? You could start right away with a session with a practitioner, who shows you what to do and can answer your questions, while at the same time you work through a personal issue.

How to do Basic EFT

You begin by guessing the current intensity of your specific problem on a scale
of 0-10.
Then you say a sentence including both the problem and a positive statement, three times, while you tap on your hand.
You tap on several more acupressure points.

Then you notice what you’re feeling/thinking now. You re-evaluate your intensity. It’s usually lower.
Repeat the procedure until your intensity rating is zero.

At this point, people often say ‘I can’t even think about it’ (the problem they may have been agonizing over a few minutes ago.)
And it’s not unusual to find yourself laughing about even a most serious situation -- You can remember what happened, but it doesn’t bother you any more.

You’ve neutralized the stress, usually forever. This is energy therapy.

People talk about EFT ‘miracles’. But you’re actually utilising a natural law. When your energy (meridian) system is in balance, stresses and limitations melt away. Acupuncturists have known this forever. EFT takes the knowledge much, much further.

Many EFT results happen so fast they’re called ‘one-minute wonders’ -- or ‘one-hour wonders’, in, say, a case where a lifelong phobia disappears in an hour.
More complex problems such as addictions, depression, abuse memories, etc. usually take more persistence

But overall, this energy healing is typically much faster than we’re all used to. So perhaps you need to try it for yourself.

Even beginners tend to start with a success rate of 50%. And you can go on to learn advanced EFT if you wish.

How can these results be possible?
EFT founder Gary Craig writes, ‘Anyone who has been around the competent use of EFT for even a few weeks has surely seen many instances where dramatic progress has been made on both the physical and emotional levels WITHOUT ANY CONVENTIONAL METHODS BEING USED.

‘Many of these results completely violate the beliefs inherent in the Western healing sciences. For example, how is it possible, under conventional Western definitions…

  • For Post Traumatic Stress Disorder to fade completely without psychiatric drugs?
  • For many lifelong phobias to vanish in what we call ‘one-minute wonders’’?
  • For addictive cravings to be quenched in moments?
  • For Carpal Tunnel Syndrome to disappear without the normally prescribed surgery?
  • For Lactose Intolerance to vanish even though the patient is not supposed to have the enzymes necessary to digest milk products?
  • For migraine headaches to fade (often permanently and often in moments) without any form of drugs whatsoever?

Where does EFT come from?
We owe a tremendous debt of gratitude to this U.S. Stanford-trained engineer, Gary Craig. He developed EFT in the 1990s out of 2 main sources:

  • Kinesiology, developed by chiropractor Dr. George Goodheart and psychiatrist Dr. John Diamond
  • Thought Field Therapy, developed by psychologist Dr. Roger Callahan

Since 1995 Gary has made EFT freely available on the Internet through his website EMOFREE and continues to deliver it to the world.

Shock and horror
It’s no wonder aidworkers take EFT into disaster areas around the world, from earthquake to war zones. They are able to help groups of traumatized people, including children, quickly recover from shock and terror.

You too can heal debilitating effects of past or present shock, terror and trauma, with this simple technique. If you currently believe that
‘you can’t ever get over these things, you just get resigned to them,’
you could amaze yourself with EFT. And it’s gentle and non-invasive.

Some health professionals regard EFT as the most effective trauma treatment in the world today.

Emotions and Your Body
New medical research studies are revealing some startling facts.
They demonstrate specifically how, moment by moment, your thoughts and your emotions have been affecting your body cells, both biochemically and electrically, all your life.
Your thoughts and emotions are even constantly switching your genes on or off.

The studies show just how, for example, blaming and angry and unhappy attitudes impact on your health, and how healed attitudes support your health.

Long-held stresses of bitterness, anger, hatred, resentment are harming countless people as you read. Perhaps even you. Have you heard the saying, ‘Staying angry is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to drop dead?’

BUT -- however do you stop feeling this way? Especially if you’re right?

An easy way is to use EFT. One aim of EFT is to reset the body’s reactions to difficult feelings, by neutralizing the feelings.

In difficult cases, you can get support from an EFT practitioner for a resolution that could happen far faster and more easily than you’d expect.

We all carry years of emotional baggage (unhealed emotions and memories) in our minds, hearts and bodies, from our life experiences. Now we can let this baggage go, by healing it fast.

We can tap into our birthright of peace…
