Past Lifetimes Resolution
Regression Therapy Without Hypnosis
You can be guided to recall or relive
important episodes from another lifetime relevant to this life. In session you
can then deal with your own current life challenges through a past self - who
represents an aspect of you now.
You don't have to believe in reincarnation.
Just be willing to explore what is in your deeper consciousness. And if you
do believe in reincarnation, you will be exploring it for yourself.
Resolving other lifetime situations means
that self-healing and discoveries achieved through simple yet specialised methods
can impact on your daily life immediately.

Frequently Asked Questions
'Do I have to be hypnotised?'
No, hypnosis is not usually necessary. Other life stories are quite close to
your waking consciousness. Skilled guidance can access relevant stories, so
you can explore them, make connections with present situations, perhaps recognise
people important to you now, and even heal old difficulties that you've brought
into this life.
'What if I've never done anything like this?'
Previous experience is not necessary. But an interest in your dreams or meditation
may help you feel comfortable with contacting this material from your unconscious
mind.
'Will I have experiences I can't handle?'
That's unlikely, in the care of a professional regression therapist. Life being
life, you may come up against some unpleasantness as well as pleasure, but it's
usually your choice to face that or not. Still, as with dreams, even uncomfortable
dreams bring healing messages. Past lives hold potential for powerful healing
NOW.
'Could I have been Cleopatra?' Probably
not. Professional practitioners seldom 'meet' famous historical people. Most
of the lives lived on the planet have not been famous. But even a humble shepherd's
life story can have profound personal relevance for the experiencer.
'How would I know if the past life story was true
or not?' The only person who can decide that is you, after you've had
an experience. Whatever you decide, you must admit that the story came out of
your own unconscious mind - so it must be relevant to you. Some people see past
lives as metaphors, or inner movies, that come to awareness to help us. It does
not matter what you believe, as belief plays no part in past life therapy. It's
an experience that only you can evaluate.
'Can I find out why I have a physical ailment?'
Perhaps a past life experience could explain this for you. But regression therapy
aims to go way past the 'Aha!' point, into actual change for the better. Past
life literature is scattered with personal accounts of health improvement following
regression -- although there is no guarantee.
'I think my daughter now was my mother in a previous
life. Can I find out about this?' Yes, you can target other lifetimes
spent with people you know now. Benefits include understanding far more about
present difficulties in the relationship, and this can lead to great improvement
now. Where there's no conflict, knowing your soul history can enrich even strong
bonds between you.
'What about soulmates?' Soulmates are
people we have loved and been loved by in other lifetimes. You can target experiencing
such lives. You can aim at clearing blocks to being with a soulmate now.. and/or
you can experience having been with a soulmate, so that you know how that feels.
Soulmates may not always continue to be lovers. Reunion may happen as friends
or relatives.
